We are hiring a Physician Manager who will be a key member of the leadership team building and executing on a healthcare strategy that embraces and adopts cutting-edge technology to deliver safe, quality, and cost-effective healthcare. Job responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical teammates who are monitoring, evaluating and interacting with patients with chronic care conditions and COVID.
  • Work with senior leadership to execute on strategic vision and product roadmap
  • Work side by side with legal counsel on risk management and regulatory laws and ensure that the Company, its affiliates, its medical practices, and its healthcare providers are complying
  • Oversee the credentialing review and hiring of healthcare providers
  • Supervise the healthcare providers, directly or indirectly
  • Establish policies and procedures on standard levels of healthcare, especially pertaining to the Company’s offerings through telemedicine and ensuring the best experience possible for both patients and providers
  • Adopt and adapt to technology solutions across the online medical or clinical operations for efficiency within budget constraints and deadlines
  • Continually analyze and evaluate transparent performance metrics for improvement
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the CEO

Job qualifications:

  • MD or DO * REQUIRED
  • Licensed in Kentucky * REQUIRED
  • Start-up or similar experience preferred
  • Adaptable, innovative, and embraces teamwork and change REQUIRED
  • Tech-savvy REQUIRED
  • Assume supervisory responsibility for the monitoring, evaluation and triage of patients with chronic care conditions and COVID.
  • Assumes responsibility for professional development and continuing education to maintain knowledge and skills and licensing requirements

  • Comfortable communicating and working with seniors, 65 and older
  • Documents consistently and to the standards set by CWTI using proprietary software

Required skills for success:

Required education and experience:

  • Advanced Practice or Doctoral degree
  • License to practice medicine in Kentucky, and a willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses
  • At least 5 to 10 years’ clinical experience and leadership role
  • Experience working as a telemedicine doctor

The role:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working in-person tier 1&2 remote Patient Support Specialist for our growing organization. You will be responsible for providing remote technical support & training for elderly patients using digital devices to measure their vital signs daily. The role will require an extremely patient individual to work with novice technology users (aged 65+). The person selected will work in support of a large team of Health and Wellness Coaches who work directly with patients to drive better health outcomes. The Patient Support Specialist will be the point of escalation with specific patient issues requiring additional support.

Candidates with a background or experience with remote technical support, supporting tech novices with device/app setup, and customer service experience preferred.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class technical support to Medicare-aged patients monitoring chronic conditions from home
  • Be the point of escalation for CW Health and Wellness Coaching team when patients are having issues with CW apps, devices provided, and general problem-solving to assist patients directly.
  • Responsible for having direct patient contact to assist in overall problem-solving and patient satisfaction
  • Understanding and meeting compliance with all HIPAA-related data and interactions is mandatory
  • Drive monthly Medicare compliance through prescribed outreach methodology and timely follow-up with patients
  • Respond to incoming calls and messages according to internal service level agreements
  • Experience tracking and understanding the specific metrics associated with your role to be successful
  • Providing internal support by collaborating across departments to drive issue resolution

Job qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Multilingual is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor/presentation
  • Ability to adjust engagement style based on customer needs to provide an exceptional experience
  • Must provide up-to-date technology – high speed internet and functioning computer
  • Experience resolving shipping issues (Shopify experience a plus)
  • Experience using multiple software applications and multi-tasking
  • A positive, collaborative attitude to work in a team environment to meet the needs of all patients

  • 100% first visit resolution for setup/initial data transmission
  • 1 hour response time to customer outreach
  • Average number of tickets created per day

Salary: $30,000.00 – $32,000.00 per year

The role:

CW  is seeking a Visual/Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting role for the right individual to continue to cultivate your skills and domain expertise in visual & presentation design.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing team and leadership to define and expand corporate brand
  • Understand and interpret brand and user and business needs, in order to develop innovative, creative, and results-oriented digital solutions

  • Possess a strong portfolio of real or self-initiated design projects and illustrations demonstrating a range of styles and capabilities, including product packaging
  • Experience creating strong, compelling PowerPoint presentations within brand guidelines
  • Mastery of typography, color, and composition to drive and extend brand and product requirements
  • Experience with WordPress a plus
